Welcome to AT Home Relax. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, and by booking an appointment or visiting our spa, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page.
Services Provided
We offer a variety of health and wellness treatments, including massage therapy, facials, scalp and hair treatments, and more. All services are performed by a licensed and trained professional. Services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
Booking Policy
a. Reservations: We recommend booking your appointment in advance to ensure your preferred time and treatment. Appointments can be made via phone or our online booking system.
b. Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you have not received confirmation within 48 hours of booking, please contact us.
c. Modifications: Should you wish to modify or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before. Changes are subject to availability.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
a. Cancellation: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
b. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your treatment time to avoid affecting other scheduled clients. The full-service fee will still apply.
Payment Policy
a. Payment Methods: Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and mobile payments. Square POS system requires a transaction fee of 2.9% if you choose to pay with a physical card to tap, insert, or swipe.
b. Pricing: All pricing for services is listed on our website or in our service menu. Prices may change periodically, and you will be informed of any price changes at the time of booking.
c. Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the service price. Tips are appreciated but are entirely at your discretion.
Refund Policy
a. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns or provide a resolution through re-treatment.
b. Prepaid Services: Prepaid treatments or packages are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule a prepaid service, please contact us in advance.
Privacy and Confidentiality
a. Personal Information: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process or during your visit will only be used for the purpose of providing services and will be kept confidential.
b. Health Information: Any health or medical information you share will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and used only to ensure the safety of your treatments.
Health and Safety Policy
a. Client Responsibility: The spa specialist is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin infections, or sensitivities that may arise during or after the treatment. It is the client's responsibility to inform the specialist of any known allergies or skin conditions prior to the session.
b. Products Used: The spa uses high-quality products, but reactions may still occur due to individual sensitivities. If a client has concerns about the products used, they may choose to bring their own preferred products.
c. Right to Refuse Service: The spa reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed that a treatment may be harmful to your health or if any medical information is withheld.
d. Injury or Discomfort: If you experience any discomfort or pain during your treatment, please notify the specialist immediately. We will adjust the treatment accordingly to ensure your comfort and safety.
No Blame Policy
The spa is not liable for any adverse reactions or skin conditions resulting from the treatments, including allergic responses or infections, unless directly caused by negligence in the spa’s service.
Photography and Media Consent
a. Photographs and Videos: By attending AT Home Relax, you consent to having your photograph or video taken during your visit for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes. If you prefer not to have your image used, please inform us before your treatment begins.
b. Social Media: We encourage you to share your positive experiences with us on social media. However, please be mindful of others' privacy and well-being when taking photos or videos on the premises.
Liability
a. Limitation of Liability: While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, AT Home Relax is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your visit, including personal injury or theft.
b. Indemnity: By booking an appointment and using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold AT Home Relax and its employees harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your participation in services or treatments.
Client Responsibilities
a. Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms, discuss your treatments and any changes you'd like to request, and to change/prepare for your session.
b. Personal Belongings: We recommend leaving valuables at home. The spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items during your visit.
c. Conduct: We ask that all clients maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other guests. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services without refund.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
